It says pedophiles "aren't given" responsibilities not that they haven't or even that they won't be given such. Or for that matter that they don't "earn" such responsibilities at times. In other words another WT word game example, Theocratic Warfare as they call it. All in the words, just words. Reality sharpens our perceptions of what the truth really is. There are now many elders in prison in various countries for pedophilia, and pedophiles are still going door-to-door.

In fact, regarding Chitty, after his homosexuality became widely known he was quietly transferred from the Gov Body. There was no mention of his being a pedophile, although that might or might not be.
Greenlees, yes, he was also quietly transferred undisfellowshipped after it became widely known he was a pedophile - and he is now deceased.
Nor is it known if Sydlik ever molested a child, although it is heard that his wife had some manner of dalliance or affair with another man working the desk at Bethelite who was later transferred away.
Ted Jarasc has now definitely been alleged a child molestor by Pat Garza who stated before the press that this occurred about 40 years ago when Jarasc was a district overseer in Los Angeles.
As to Fred Franz, who is among the 5 mentioned on the other thread, he was noted, some have said, as being "odd" or "queer" in his actions in that sometimes, although mentally seeming sharp, he walked around Bethel in pyjamas and the like.
Did all those know of and abet the policy of covering up pedophilia and or other things that might cast Watchtower in a less than positive light? It definitely appears to be so, and therefore the Governing Body members now need to offer a rebuttal at the Judicial Committee hearing in Kentucky to which they have been invited to appear, or there are grounds such that people will assume the charges stand and the rank-and-file as well as media will be informed of this too and all the more so.
Again, your assumption that those 5 are the same Bill is now mentioning since the Pat Garza revelation is just that, an assumption. Time and the ladies who were molested will tell the rest of the story.

Hillary, Bill is moving as permitted to do so by law in regard to usage of religious procedure.

There are five different Gov Body members now alleged as pedophiles. Someone had to do it, meaning possibly 5 and more women are speaking out.
After the Gov Body refuses to appear for the Judicial hearing Bill will have more official latitude for laying this matter out in the wide open for media across the entire planet.
They will have been given an official invitation to defend themselves, declined, and thus granted him and all who wish to join in legal right to speak out all the more including in everyday print media about this.
It is not "a game" but a well-reasoned chess move with attorneys on both sides now watching closely.

I do not see in the transcript where "Ritualized" or "Satanic" were used. Those are YOUR words, possibly picked up and continued by you from someone else.
Now, the transcript does say that Pat Garza alleges openly that Ted Jarasc of the Watchtower Society's governing body while a District Overseer raped her 40 years ago when she was but a child.
Subsequently Bill has stated that five Watchtower Governing Body members are alleged as pedophiles by various women.
Bill is giving the Governing Body the opportunity to answer to those allegations by means of an official summons.
It is "official" for silentlamb.org is officially chartered.
We have no reason whatsoever to doubt Pat Garza and the other women, but Jarasc and company are being allowed a chance to answer.
Will they answer? Or not?
If not, then they themselves cause the allegations to stand and it will surely lead to a widening of the matter with "Caesar's sword" drawn and waiting.
